Assistance with KPI Reporting

Good morning,

I have a department that wants to know how long their employees are working on tickets. (How many hours they are spending daily.)

Try as I might, I cannot produce the results they want to see. I tried using the KPI's in custom reporting, but they do not display the actual field, just the tickets that fit the criteria I selected.

Any and all help appreciated.

Can you provide me with a screen shot of the Details page for this particular report you're building?

A ticket report will *for sure* allow you to include the Metric/KPI fields in the "Reported Columns" section. Edit the report and you will need to add a column and scroll down on it's drop down window to find them. - Mark Sayers Mon 7/15/19 12:38 PM
