StartDate Template Tag

While managing custom notification templates, I am able to insert "DueDate" but cannot find the StartDate delivered field. Is it available as a template tag under a different/unpublished name?

Adding/removing attachments is not noted in the ticket feed

Is it expected behavoir for attachment adds and removes not to be logged in the ticket feed? Personally, I want to know if an attachment has been removed or replaced and by who.
