Can I associate a ticket and a configuration Item?
Hi all, I am trying to associate a ticket with a configuation item using the API but I am not seeing a method to do so?
Am I just missing the option or is this not supported?

Asset/CI Ticket Attribute
I am looking for KB articles or information on the Asset/CI Attribute.
I have an asset application that isn't showing up for this attribute when I go to put it on a Ticket Form.

How to create a CI report?
I'm trying to create a CI report in the "Assets/CIs" app and the only two options I am getitng is "Asset Report" and "Contracts Report." Does this mean that TeamDynamix does not currently offer any reporting on CIs?

Discovery Tool
Is there a discovery tool within TD to help populate the CMDB? We have nothing onsite that would help with this and our records are not very reliable. Thoughts or suggestions would be most welcomed!
