Adjusting hours for a resource in their time card

A user has incorrectly attributed their time to the wrong project for the last 6 months. Is there a way to go back and change this on their behalf? Is it possible to make a bulk edit or change to time card data?

Is there a way to change the Time Type for time that was already entered? It looks like the only fields we can change are Hours, Date, and Description.

1. Time Report is Due

2. Time Report is Overdue

When do these reports get sent out? Is there a way to modify the day/time
