tdx Clear Tag Filter

Auto-Refresh does not seem to be working

Hello,

The auto refresh checkbox does not do ANYTHING. We have done several tests and still, it does not automatically refresh the tickets.
Hope you can fix this issue or let us know what might be the problem.

Deleting or changing apps in TDX

Hi,
Is there a way for me to delete change an app type in TDX? I accidentally created a new app as an asset app rather than a ticketing app and I don't see anywhere to do this? If I cannot, can I possibly submit a ticket with TDX to have you ...
