Report on tickets that have a workflow completed
We have a work flow called Networking Firewall, we need to run a report based on which of dozen of tickets have this workflow completed.

I am attempting to create a report that will be delivered annually to recipients via email, but there are only options for daily, weekly, and monthly delivery. Would there be a best work-around to set up annual delivery of reports?
