I know I've seen this before, but how can I enter in future forecasted operational time so my availability is properly reflecting my true capacity for project work?
I would like to ask you what is the impact on the system if on the user profile a specific time zone is setup.
We are collecting time against time account types to identify how we spend time during our course development process. Users have been quite good at finding multiple ways to enter time against task, i.e. My Work, Time and Expenses, etc.
In my time card the time account for some assigned tasks doesn't show up when the time account has been assigned (see attached doc).
On top of that when I include a number in the hours field, the system sometimes change the minutes.
As the PM for a variety of Projects, which I am tracking in TD, can I
enter Out of Office time for my team members, or do they have to do this
I already have time accounts added to my projects.

There are 2 time report alerts:
1. Time Report is Due
2. Time Report is Overdue
When do these reports get sent out? Is there a way to modify the day/time
they get sent out?
