ticket-types Clear Tag Filter

Ticket Types and Type Categories

Can someone help me understand what is the proper way to come up with Ticket Types and Type Categories? Are they optional? Should they mirror Service Catalog category/subcategory?

Ticket Types in 9.5

Ticket Types prior to 9.5 used to hold a collection of attributes. I'm trying to understand its new role in 9.5. What purpose does the Ticket Type serve now? What is it's definition?

Category isn't working in Ticket Type

When your in a ticket type lookup the category drop down isn't working. It doesn't show any of the categories that are available.
