Reporting Interval and Time Period Questions

Hello:
I am attempting to create a report that will be delivered annually to recipients via email, but there are only options for daily, weekly, and monthly delivery. Would there be a best work-around to set up annual delivery of reports?

Monthly Report Delivery

In the Monthly Report Delivery options you can select the 31st. What will happen if there is no 31st in the month in question i.e. June?
