I am preparing to enable SSO for iPaaS Forms. Before doing so, I need to enable SSO Authentication for iPaaS. When configuring SSO Authentication for iPaaS, will this cause any disruption with existing flows?

Card Wall Resource colors
Is there a way to change the color assignments for the resources that are assigned to a card? We have 2 BA/PMs with the same initials, and it would be nice to be able to differentiate them by color (see attachment).

Configure Canvas iPaaS Connector
I am testing out the canvas connector using a token. The connector is running into an issue with the authentication. I have changed the domain and changed the authentication to accept a generic API Key, but luck.

Staff showing up in viewed list in tickets although they were not logged in
We have a staff person who has shown up in the Read By list in the ticket about three times when he was not even logged in. The attached is the ticket and the staff member is highlighted. Anything we can do to prevent this?

Service Offering does not delete even though shows "deleted"
