Static Fields not showing in Ticket

Please see below. In a form, I have a few static fields, H2 in this case, that are configured to show in TDClient and TDNext, and the fields show when the form is in "edit" mode, but the static fields do not show in the ticket view.

Ticket template visability

Greetings,
i created a ticket template in TDnext and set the visibility to the a group and then also changed ot to everyone. in both cases the template was not visible to anyone. any ideas why this may be happening? or how i can resolve this?
