Hi, May someone remind me how to format the URL to access the TDX sandbox environment for TDAdmin? I tried searching for the KB article, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

Ticket template visability
Greetings,
i created a ticket template in TDnext and set the visibility to the a group and then also changed ot to everyone. in both cases the template was not visible to anyone. any ideas why this may be happening? or how i can resolve this?
