Deleting unused ticket status?

Is it possible to delete ticket statuses? I have a couple inactive ticket statuses that I'd like to remove from the report builder and ticket filter.

How do I report on a sub-plan?

I would like to run a Project Task Assignment report for a sub-plan within a project. The filtering capability does not let me get to that level. Please help with how to limit a report to a sub-plan? Thank you.

Email response on a Closed Ticket

Our 'Reopening Ticketing Option' setting is 'Never reopen or create new ticket'. I emailed a response to a Closed ticket and the response appended to the ticket but I was not notified the response attached.
