Hello,
Is it possible to create a ticket report that filters on multiple fields but using a single prompt?
For example, I would like a ticket report that searches the title, description, and requester fields for 1 search word.

Types: Number in type category does not equal number in types

In TDAdmin, I see a type category has four types. Also, in TDAdmin, I go to the types area and sort by category and see only two. It looks like I'm not excluding anything with the default search. Where are the two missing types?

Setting Parent and child on two change tickets

Is there a way to delete Maintenance activites and Workflow tasks?

We're cleaning out our test tickets and don't want to orphan the tasks. I opened the ticket and deleted all tasks but this only removes the ticket tasks.
