How do I find a ticket I added a comment or updated?

I have to add time when I work on a ticket, if I forget, how do I search to find tickets I've touched? (by Update or Comment)

Auto-populate custom user attributes from LDAP

I see the LDAP mappings for the built-in user attributes, but I'd like to add a custom location field. How can I map a user's LDAP attribute to this new custom attribute?
