API JSON?

Would TeamDynamix be willing to share the .json file for the API spec? I would like to create a powershell module for the ticketing API, but it would be much easier to generate it from the json.

Change TDX user securityrole via API

I'm attempting to change a user's security role from 'Technician' to 'Client' using a patch but it does not seem to work. The API just returns back the same values with no errors.

I have a username that states it is in the systems "gblue" but cannot find it.

I have a student with a username of gblue and when I look it up in users. I cannot find it. If I try to create a new user under the name is says it's already there. Kinda lost on this one.

Is there a way to do bulk loading of Project?

Open links by default in tdx app

I would like to get the TDX app to open when clicking links on other android apps such as outlook. Has anyone found a way to do this? The app only has one verified link in android settings that is mobile.teamdynamix.com.
