Workflow not attached when Public Users submit request
Hello. I have a service that allows public requesters. When the ticket is created by a signed-in user or through TDNext, the correct workflow is attached. However, when a public user submits a ticket, the workflow is not attached.
Also, once the user-generated by the public user is created, the workflow cannot be manually attached through the Actions operation.
Can you provide some guidance?

Hi Tevis,
Does the workflow in question have the "Public and Read-Only Requestors" option enabled? You can check by accessing the Workflow, checking it out and going to Workflow > Details.
