Trying to use the new feature: Allow Workflows on Tickets with Public Requestors

I see the checkbox when I edit the workflow, but it is greyed out.  I don;t see any specific permissions that are needed for this.  What am I missing?

Hi Jon, 

Try clicking the View Builder option and then Check Out the workflow. Then, you should be able to go to Workflow > Details > Enable setting for Public and Read-Only Requestors > Save. After that, be sure to check the workflow back in and it should be good to go!
