Ticket Report filtering based on Workflow Step Resp
Hello,
I'm having a hard time trying to use the "Workflow Step Resp" column to filter on a Ticket Report in the Analysis app.
To test, I created a report that has a filter: "Workflow Step Resp" is one of "(Current User)"
However, it is showing many tickets where I am not involved in the ticket at all. It seems it is showing all tickets that has an open workflow step, regardless of who it is assigned to.
Has anyone had success using this filter?

Hello Ashbinder,
How are you typically running this report? Is it on a dashboard or do you navigate directly to an application, select the report, and click Run?

I have tried it on a dashboard as well and am having the same issue. The report shows many tickets where I am not the responsible person.

I believe this issue is the subject of a bug ticket currently. If you would like to be notified when the bug is fixed you can submit a support ticket formally and we'll add it under the bug ticket.
