Edit Work times on Cards

Is it possible to edit time on the Work tab in individual cards if the original person who entered the time entered the incorrect amount?  Also, is there a way for the Project Manager to be able to do this on the fly?

Hi Chuck, 

Currently, only the user who submitted the time entry would be able to edit the time entry. It's not possible to modify time submitted by another user.
