Assets/Ci's
We have duplicate assets based off of a Serial number. The ONLY thing different about the 2 are the created by person, is there a way to find duplicate assets and then merge them?

Hello James,
You could try writing a report that allows you to filter based on Serial number and mark that filter as Prompted so you can easily search it, but there is no "merge" feature for asset records. You can delete them from TDadmin if your Admin account has the permission to delete assets.
