Viewing old time cards for resources I approve time for

Good afternoon!

I have a customer asking me how he can view all of the old time cards for the resources he approves time for. I did a  lot of checking and testing (for example Analysis>Actual Hrs Report, but it is only "close. He wants to see the actual time cards), so far nothing I've given him works.
