Creating Ticket Reports that show specific time frame of Created Tickets

Good Morning,

I'm looking for a bit of assistance in creating a ticket report being asked by my organization. The ask is to figure out how many tickets are created with our Help Desk in specific time ranges like from 8:00 am - 9:00 am and for certain dates as well.

I see that there is the Created column that I can use in ticket reports to specify which dates that I wanted to see created tickets from but I don't see a column field that lets me specify time of day of when tickets are created and I'm wondering if I'm missing where that is located or if there is another solution that I'm not seeing for my issue.

Hello Carlos,

You can list the Created date for a ticket and aggregate it by Hour/Week which will tell you what hour of the day and what week of the year the tickets were created. The best way to do this is to just have 2 columns: the Ticket Count and the Created column aggregated to Hour/Week.

Then filter it by the date period you wish to see data for.
