Calendar
We have an API that based off someone clicking a link within a response to a ticket it takes them to our oncehub site to make the appt. once that appt is saved it goes into a field within the ticket for the date and time (which is an attribute). The question is, is there a way to take the attribute field and have it go to the Calendar within TDX?

Hello James,
You would have to store that date value in the Start or Due date fields for it to be able to appear in the built in Ticket calendar.
You *can* create calendar feeds based on ticket reports though where you make your ticket report focus on your custom date attribute as the source value.

Sure there is a KB here on the topic: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=87940

That article is specifically for calendar feeds. You would have to put your date value in the standard Start or Due field to allow the ticket to show up on the ticketing calendar. If you needed help with that I think it would be best to start by submitting a support ticket formally: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2147
