Create 2nd custom notification for approved project

Hi,

We use the project request form for both project requests and product requests, with two different request forms and two different workflows within Portfolio Planning. When a product request is approved, because the notification template states "John Smith has approved this project request to become a project", it is causing some confusion with the requester. 

Is it possible to create a 2nd approved project notification and set those to send based on the workflow it was assigned to (maybe using automation rules)? Or, if not, is it possible to update the details section of the template to remove the word project? I can see where the headers below can be updated, but under details it isn't static and is pulling the content based on the TDx flow.

Hello Kim,

Unfortunately the system only has one notification template for notifying about approved project requests currently. There is no way to configure a second one to be used.

There's not a way to force what the system generates from that template tag to contain different wording without an enhancement having been made to the system, unfortunately.
