Create Workflow Task with Ticket Info

Is there a way, not using a webservice, to use the workflow task and add information from the ticket that is running the workflow.

 

i.e. Create a Title for the Task that has the Requests name from the ticket in it.

Hello Mark,

The only way I can see doing this is either through iPaaS or else through the API using some sort of script that you write to do this for your tickets, if not doing it through a web service method is the requirement.
