I have a ticket that stopped before completing the workflow. The ticket still shows that it is in process. The Current Workflow Step in the Details area and the Current Activities panel disappeared as if the ticket was completed. However, the History and the View Progress screens show where the ticket stopped and is incomplete. The workflow has one more Task step before the ticket is marked closed. As a quick fix, I created a Task to move the ticket to the responsible parties. What would cause this issue to happen?
