The web service call to Bomgar was not successful.
I tried setting a new key already. Please advise where else to check settings?
I think you might be better served to submit this as a support ticket so we can ask you for screen shots of your Bomgar/BeyondTrust Admin configuration screen(s), and other things that would be too specific to leave in a public forum.
