Tickets notifications

Is there a way to bold ticket info within a report or a desktop when a status changes or a new comment is added?

Hello James,

Currenly the system is not able to do this. It would make a great enhancement though. You can report on the Modified date/time though and you can report on who last modified a ticket so you are able to see if it is a team member or the client/requestor.
