My Schedules vs. My Schedule
According to the Getting Started with My Work TDX KBase, "My Schedule" is defined as:
- My Schedule – A list of all ticket schedules for which the user is the owner.
However, this definition doesn't seem to fit with the "My Work" landing page to which the KBase is referring.
I understand that there is a "My Schedules" under Ticketing where you can view scheduled tickets:
However, what is the "My Schedule" under "My Work"???
How does the My Work > My Schedule get populated?

Hi Darin,
You are correct, the KB in question was incorrect. I've updated that definition for My Schedule to be accurate according to the My Work application.
