Viewing staff members online in TDNext
Hello, I was wondering if you can tell me if TDNext has the ability/feature to show what other staff members are logged into the system (live). Our previous ticketing system called, Kayako has this feature and it looks like this (see image below).

Hi Casey,
Currently, I do not believe there is a feature that would allow you to view which employees are currently 'live'/online. I would suggest submitting this as a Product Idea so that this type of feature may be considered in future versions: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148.
