Workspaces

Is it possible to have the feed in a workspace give a combined feed of all the items in the workspace? Also, an extension of this is the calendar, can it show calendar items of projects, tickets, and tasks that have been added to the workspace?

Hello Tanya,

The Feed in the workspace is similar to a Project-level feed in that it is specific/inclusive only of workspace-level feed posts.

The Calendar can show Workspace events (either your own or all general events created for that workspace), Issues (either your own or all Issues created for that workspace), and Time Off entries (either your own or all Time Off entries entered for that workspace). That is all it is able to display currently, but you could submit an enhancement request to ask for additional things to be included in the Workspace Calendar.

There's no other feed for the whole workspace other than the main workspace Feed, no. And that doesn't really give you an idea of where all of the items in the workspace really stand at the moment. To see updates on an individual item associated with the workspace, you'd have to open the item itself. - Mark Sayers Thu 2/23/23 10:00 AM
