Notify Field Blank

We noticed recently that when we update a ticket, the notify field is now blank.  Previously, it was auto-filled with the requestor contact info.

Is this a new release change?  Can we change it back so that it auto-fills with the requestor info?

This is a bug that our team has produced a fix for, and that fix will go out in tonight's maintenance window.
