Ticket Workflows vs Full Admin Access

Do people tasked with building ticketing app workflows require full admin access in TeamDynamix and admin client?

What are the steps to make someone an admin within the ticketing app only without giving them full admin access in Administrators section.

You'll want to go to TDAdmin > Users & Roles > Users > [Select User] > Applications > Highlight Ticket App > Choose Security Role > Check the box for 'App Admin.' Then, have the user log out, log back in, open that ticket application in TDNext and then use the gear icon in the top right corner to choose 'Admin.'

In order to create and configure ticket workflows, the user must be an administrator within the relevant ticketing application. Please let me know if you have further questions about this!
