Automatically Notify Group when ticket is closed

Is there a way to notify a group automatically once the ticket is closed and include the comments in the ticket? The group that needs to notified only needs to know when the ticket is complete and not involved in the process. They only need the information from the completed ticket.

Hello Tyler,

There isn't a feature or setting that allows you to notify a certain group that a ticket has closed. There are settings for notifying the responsible or requestor automatically, but not a group that has no affiliation with the ticket directly.

Perhaps you could just create tasks on all of your tickets by default that is assigned to this group so they show up as a notification option, then you can notify everyone on the ticket when you go to close it.
