Project Risk Threat or Opportunity
In the Project Risks Register, is there a way to notate something as being both a threat and an opportunity?

Unfortunately a Risk item is either an opportunity or a threat. It is a radio button field that is not able to have multiple selections made. You could get around that though by just creating the same risk twice, once as a threat and once as an opportunity.
