Reporting- Worklfow steps and tasks on same report

Good morning! Can you tell me if it is possible for one report to include workflow tasks and steps when the workflow task or step is assigned to a particular responsible group? We've discovered that when we want a report that gives us all active tickets with a workflow attached to it and want to see all steps or tasks assigned to a particular group, we're not seeing tasks, only steps. Thanks for your help.
