Textarea custom asset attribute filtering in a Service Request
We are looking through the list of available custom attribute filtering when adding assets to a Service Request, and I believe we are not seeing custom asset attributes that are textarea.
If that is correct and we are not able to see textarea custom asset attributes, is there a way to enable this?

Hello Jason,
I'm not 100% why, but text area fields do not seem to be eligible filter values for that window.
You could submit this as an enhancement request idea though.
