Form Entry Accessibility?

The UO Accessibility Director (DAA) is telling us that the TeamDynamix Form entry is not accessible and does not Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 guidelines, and we may have to stop using TeamDynamix if we can't find accessible workarounds.  While this isn't going to happen today, what are the plans to make TeamDynamix forms fully accessible?  There are a couple of options that I see:

  1. Allow longer text for an attribute label.  Our DAA says a couple of thousand characters would be sufficient.
  2. Be able to physically link the help text to the attribute label (there are several methods for this (Labeling Controls)
  3. Be able to link static HTML fields to an attribute.

Are there plans to implement "accessible" forms?  If so, what is the schedule?

Thanks, Tevis

Hello Tevis,

We currently have changes slated for v11.6 of TeamDynamix to bring the client portal into compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA.

If you need anything else or something more specific, you may wish to submit a support ticket formally.
