Protected custom Person attributes
Is it possible to create custom Person attributes that are Protected?

Hello Anna-Liisa,
Yes it is for sure possible to create Person attributes that are marked as Protected.

That's great! I'm just not seeing the option to set that like I can with Ticket attributes.
On ticket attributes, I have the Protected checkbox option upon creation. When I'm in Users & Roles in TDAdmin to create custom Person attributes, I see no such option when creating them. What am I missing? - Anna-Liisa Breit Thu 10/13/22 12:09 PM

Ah I'm sorry, I thought you meant in a ticketing app and were referring to "person type" custom attributes.

No problem, it hit me you were probably thinking about those ticket attributes. I may submit an enhancement request on why this option would be valuable to us as we move into Enterprise Service Management.
