TDX email service
Issue:
The email which generated their ticket resides in tdx-collector101@cornell.edu , which they don't have permissions to send from. An attempt to reply from the ticket or directly to support@qualtrics.com will go to an unmonitored inbox and not reach the appropriate person.
User would like to know a way to respond in a way that the response doesn't go to the tdx-collector mailbox and goes to the intended recipient support@qualtrics.com

I'm not sure that I'm gathering a full picture of the root of the issue/need here. If a ticket is being created from an email monitor that processes mail out of tdx-collector101@cornell.edu, who is that email coming from in this scenario? Is it coming from support@qualtrics.com ?
If yes, just reply to the requestor as that should be credited on the ticket as being support@qualtrics.com.
I'm not sure if I follow the need or the root of the scenario though so further details on the full process and need here would be helpful if that doesn't answer it for you.
