Email Monitor
We have our email monitor on so that we can respond to tickets through email. We are running into the issue where some of our users have their auto-response on and tickets get updated with those emails. We are looking to see if there is a work-around so that TDx ignores these emails.

Hello Abelardo,
There unfortunately isn't a configuration in TDX directly that can help with this, however you should be able to set an emailbox-level rule to weed those types of messages out so they aren't processed.
