Duplicate Items in Workspace?
Hello, I am setting up our first workspaces and creating rules to display tickets. I would like to have a row for each workspace member assigned tickets and then a row for tickets assigned to the group but not specifically assigned to a member. However, I can't seem to create a rule for this scenario.
Any ideas?

Hi Tevis,
You would create one rule filtering on Prim Resp is a member of [group], and then create another rule filtering on Prim Resp Group is equal to [group] with a second filter for Unassigned is true.
