Group Notifications for Ticket Task Is Not Working
Hello,
I assigned a group to a ticket task in a workflow, and the group began receiving notifications as expected. However, today the notifications are not working for groups. We are an On-Premi client. What may be causing this issue? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Valencia,
Firstly I do want to note that your instance of TeamDynamix *is* hosted in our SaaS cloud platform, it is not installed on-prem there.
Were you testing this in Sandbox by any chance though?

Thanks, Mark, but I think I figured it out. When I added more people to the group, the notifications came through.
