Tags in Ticket Templates
Is there a way to make "Tags" available in a Ticket Template? We would like tickets created by a specific template to also have predefined tags and from what I am seeing when creating a new template is that Tags is not available, even though Tags is in the form being used to create the template.

Unfortunately the Tags field is not available to the Ticket Template configuration screen to allow a default to be supplied there.
You could probably put a default on the form though, and then the first time someone edits and saves a ticket created from this template it'd add that tag.
This is something we would like also. I'm wanting to create security patch check scheduled tickets for each asset; server. I can create the schedule and it links to a template, but the template doesn't allow tags. It would be nice for the Template to have something like "{asset} Security Upgrade Check"
