Project Request to Project.
Hello,
I am trying to set up a project request intake process.
I have everything set up until I try to staff an approved Project Request so that it will become a project.
I am following the directions here (https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=8509) but I don't appear to have the options described.
I checked and I believe I have all of the required roles to perform this function but I do not see an option to select "Staff" anywhere. Am I not looking in the right place or did I miss something setting it up?

I have checked and I do have the permission "Staff Requests" under Project Requests.

For anyone else looking I found the answer.
You won't be able to edit TDxadmin where you set everything up. You have to go here.

Hi Martha, I was just about to reply to your question when you posted about finding the correct location. Unfortunately TDAdmin does not allow for a project request to be reviewed through the workflow process and then converted into a ticket. That is *only* possible through the TDNext > Portfolio Planning application as that is the intent of that application once a project request is submitted for review.
