Is it possible to customize the email template used for Report Delivery?

Unfortunately not, that email template is currently baked-in to the system.

At present this email is still hard-coded and non-configurable unfortunately. I would encourage you to submit an enhancement request to ask for it to be changed. - Mark Sayers Mon 8/19/24 2:11 PM
