Can you disable tagging?

Our organization would like to disable tagging, particularly on the Customer Portal. Is this an option?

Given the search options within TDNext and TDClient, we aren't finding the tagging system necessary. If we can't turn off this feature, what's the next best solution? Deleting all existing tags, and not allowing people to create new tags?

Hello Abigail,

Unfortunately tagging is not something that is controllable via permissions currently.

You could always delete all tags so no one can use the tags that currently exist in your system, but anyone at any time can create new tags from a KB article, service, ticket, etc.
