Tickets Not Required On Tickets
Is it possible to make it so a comment is not required when updating a ticket? There are many times, for instance changing the status, when a comment is not required, such as marking a ticket s in process.

Hello Joshua,
Unfortunately currently a ticket update will always require a comment at this time. You can submit an enhancement request though to ask for this to be changed. Use this service to submit a request: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
