One user not able to move tickets to another application
I have a user who has all the same permissions as the other people in his department but he is the only one that is not able to move a ticket to another application. He has a full enterprise license but the option does not appear when he clicks update within the ticket. Everyone else in the group has the same permissions to the same applications, but he is the only one unable to move tickets.

Does this user happen to have access to another ticketing application as well? They would need to have access to at least 2 ticketing applications in order to move tickets between them.
Also, if there have been recent permission updates on this user's account, they would need to sign out of TDX and sign back in before those changes would take full effect.
